Leadership at Easter

I tried to relate Easter to leadership. So I watched the activities of the holiday, and thought about all of my previous experiences. Here is what I came up with.....
Easter egg hunts at my house showed the outcomes of poor communications from a leader.
My mom would hide the eggs all over the house. As we found more and more eggs, the final eggs would be harder and harder to find. We would be looking for a while, and finally ask my mom for some clues. She would give us a very vague clue, something like; the egg is visible. So we would look, not find it, and she would start saying how she can't believe we can't find it, and how easy it is.
The relation to leadership is that everything will seem easier to a leader. The leader knows how to get the stuff done, and how it should be at the end of the task. However, it is not that easy to the follower if the leader can not give a detailed explanation on how to do it efficiently. My mom did not give us detailed enough clues, and it never got any easier. Leaders need to be able to communicate effectively and clearly in order for the followers to to accomplish the tasks the way the leaders want them to.
